A few helpful details before you come by—from tree selection and parking to wreath workshops and what to expect when you arrive. If you still have a question, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
Can we choose and cut our own tree?
Not yet. Watson Farm currently offers fresh-cut Maine balsam trees from its pre-cut lot. The farm has thousands of young trees growing for future choose-and-cut seasons.
What types and sizes of trees are available?
Fresh-cut balsam trees are available in a range of sizes, from approximately 3 to 16 feet. Selection changes throughout the season, so call ahead if you need a particular size.
What holiday greenery do you offer?
Along with Christmas trees, Watson Farm offers handmade wreaths, kissing balls, garland, swags, and centerpieces. Seasonal availability may vary.
What can we expect when we visit?
You can browse the fresh-cut trees, enjoy complimentary hot cocoa, and warm up by the outdoor fire pit while your tree is freshly cut and wrapped.
Do you offer wreath-making workshops?
Yes. Workshops are approximately two hours and include local balsam, greenery, bows, pinecones, berries, materials, and step-by-step instruction in a heated tent. Private group sessions may also be available.
Are dogs and parking welcome at the farm?
Yes. Dogs are welcome, and free on-site parking is available. Please keep dogs supervised and respectful of other visitors while enjoying the farm.
